Kingdom Community Bank (KCB) is Fife's largest credit union - a community-owned co-operative which provides savings and affordable loans to people who live or work in Fife. We have thousands of members and millions of pounds in assets, with exciting plans for growth in the coming months.
We've been on a journey over the last two years to modernise and improve all areas of our business, introducing new online systems, digital signatures, improved products and more - all with a strong focus on excellent customer care (online, on the phone and in person too!). We now have a great opportunity for somebody who is good with numbers and people, and wants to be part of an ethical, values-led business which works hard to help our Members, to join our team of loans officers.
As an Admin Officer you will directly serve our Members, providing excellent customer care and enabling them to make the most of their membership with us. Numerical accuracy is as important as excellent customer care in this key role.
You'll be joining an organisation that is embracing change, growing and striving to support our members across every community in Fife.
