Apply for a Loan
Welcome to our online application system. Our trained staff still assess every single loan application manually, carefully taking into account your history with us, affordability and your circumstances. We do not use automated decision making. We reserve the right to undertake credit checks when appropriate, but any decision to offer a loan or otherwise will be taken by a staff member.
You can submit a loan application at any time and on any day, but our loans are currently only being assessed during normal business hours (9am - 5pm Monday to Friday).
You must be a member, at least 18 years old and have a valid e-mail address to apply online. Members will be able to see the status of their loan in real-time, and will receive e-mail updates at key stages.
Most loans are assessed within 2 working days, sometimes quicker depending on how many members are applying at the same time. We process thousands of loans every year, so please be patient - we will always get in touch with you to discuss your application.
